Job Summary:
The CAM Programmer will be responsible for developing and optimizing CNC programs to efficiently produce high-quality components. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in manufacturing processes, CAD/CAM software, and CNC machine operation.

- Lead and manage the ILS team, ensuring that all ILS disciplines, including Failure Modes Effect Analysis (FMEA), Level of Repair Analysis (LORA), and Reliability Centered Maintenance Analysis (RCMA), are effectively implemented and integrated.
- Develop and oversee the execution of maintenance plans and support elements, ensuring the continued operation of systems with minimal downtime.
- Oversee life cycle cost analysis, spare parts recommendations, and maintenance task analysis for both hardware and software components.
- Collaborate closely with engineering teams to prioritize and integrate supportability engineering throughout key phases of the engineering lifecycle.
- Ensure the creation and maintenance of technical publications and the delivery of training programs to support system sustainment and usability.
- Conduct and supervise detailed systems analyses to meet performance, supportability, safety, reliability, availability, and maintainability requirements.
- Apply and manage logistics and maintenance processes, including performance-based logistics design, provisioning, depot partnering, data rights acquisition, and life cycle cost planning.
- Act as the primary liaison with Points of Contact, suppliers, and project managers to gather and analyze data for life cycle cost calculations and support strategy development.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or related field; other engineering disciplines will also be considered.
- Extensive experience in logistics/sustainment engineering, with a deep understanding of ILS principles and processes.
- Proven leadership experience, with the ability to manage teams and projects effectively.
- Strong analytical skills to identify and address supportability issues and develop effective solutions.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities, with a strategic approach to complex challenges.
